Walter Kris Mccauley

Walter Kris McCauley, age 57, husband of 19 years to Marilyn Sue Preston McCauley, of Lawrenceburg, died Monday, May 4, 2020 at his residence.

Walter was born in Lexington, Kentucky to Chrystene Williams Rodgers, of Lawrenceburg, and the late Samuel Walter McCauley.  He was a graduate of Jessamine County High School and worked in home building construction.

Along with his wife he is survived by two daughters, Amy Lynn Hensley, Lawrenceburg, and Amber Elizabeth (Pat) Morgan, Nicholasville; three grandchildren, Damian Kristopher Lawrence, Samuel James Morgan, and Vincent Cole Morgan; two sisters, Sherri (Randy) Hall, Nicholasville, and Sandy (Bill) Cartinhour, Lawrenceburg.

A private service will be held at Gash Memorial Chapel with Pastor Errol Archerson officiating.  A private burial will follow in Wilmore Cemetery.
