Virginia Lee Shortt Cook

Virginia Lee Shortt Cook, age 57, of Lawrenceburg, died Friday, June 26, 2015 at the home of her daughter in Louisville.

She was the daughter of the late Lee and Lucy Brown Shortt. She was a waitress and a customer service representative for Primestar.

She is survived by her husband, Larry J. Cook; a daughter, Jennifer Helen Cook (Joseph) Martin, Louisville, 2 sons, Larry Wayne Cook, Lawrenceburg, and Kenton Wayne Cook, Louisville; 2 sisters, Debbie (Rick) Lowe, Linda (Steve) White; 2 brothers, Michael Shortt and Terry Shortt, all of Virginia.

She was preceded in death by a sister, Tammy Holmes and a brother, Lawrence Shortt.

Services will be 1:00 PM Tuesday, June 30, 2015 at Gash Memorial Chapel with Bro. Danny Shortt officiating. Visitation from 4-7 PM Monday.
