Tina Joyce (Disponett) Smith

Tina Joyce Disponett Smith, 57, of Lawrenceburg, died Tuesday, December 13, 2016 at Frankfort Regional Medical Center.

She was born in Versailles, KY to the late Bobby Gene and Wilma Joyce Burke Disponett. She is a 1977 graduate of Western High School; member at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church; attendee at First Baptist Church and Community Baptist Church; and worked at Commonwealth Credit Union as a teller for 16 years.

She is survived by her husband of 39 years, Gayle William Smith; son, Stephen (Kelly) Smith, both of Lawrenceburg; three brothers, Bernice (Pat) Disponett, Bloomfield, Keith Disponett, Chris Disponett and Beverly Thompson, all of Lawrenceburg; three grandchildren, Hailey Faas Smith, Stephen Smith, Jr., and Laura Smith.

She was preceded in death by one brother, Michael Disponett.

Funeral services will be Saturday, December 17, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. at Gash Memorial Chapel with Bro. Steve Broughton and Bro. Al Peachofficiating. Burial will follow in Hebron Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. Friday.

Casket bearers will be Derek Disponett, Derek Perry, Ben Gee, Tony Pogioli, Stephen Smith, Jr., and Stephen Smith. Serving as honorary bearers will be Todd Disponett, Christopher M. Disponett, Jeremy Smith, Danny Smith, and Joseph Linville.
