Ruby Elizabeth (Barnett) Dean

Ruby Elizabeth Barnett Dean, 98, of Lawrenceburg, widow of Raymond Harold Dean, died Thursday, June 22, 2017 at her grandson's residence.

She was born in Anderson County to the late William Thomas and Carrie Lillie Whitaker Barnett. Ms. Dean spent her days as a housewife and was involved with the Senior Citizens in Anderson County.

She is survived by one son, Billy Gene Dean, of Lawrenceburg; 6 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren.

Along with her husband and parents she was preceded in death by her son, Donald Dean; daughter, Dorothy Cornish; 1 brother; and 3 sisters.

Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. Monday, June 26, 2017 at Gash Memorial Chapel with Bro. Edwin LeMasters officiating. Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11-1 p.m. prior to the service.
