Ronald Gayle Hill

Ronald Gayle Hill, 55, of Lawrenceburg, widower of Sharon Lee Wethington Hill died Wednesday, February 9, 2022 at Frankfort Regional Medical Center.

He was born in Georgetown, KY to the late Henry Thomas Hill, Sr. and Florence Smith Hill. He was a graduate of Western High School; worked for Topy in Roll Forming for 20+ years; and in his spare time he enjoyed hunting and fishing.

Mr. Hill is survived by three children, Shanon (James) Pierce, of North Carolina, Hope (Chris) Watkins, of Lawrenceburg, Robert (Tina) Walker, of Ohio; seven grandchildren, Joseph, Dylan, and Maverick Walker, Lauren and Seth Pierce, Trinity and Christina Watkins; four brothers, Charles Hill, James (Jodie) Hill, John (Charlene) Hill, Calvin (Christy) Hill, all of Lawrenceburg; and several nieces and nephews.

Along with his wife, Ronald was preceded in death by two brothers, Henry T. and Douglas Ray Hill.

Funeral services will be Monday, February 14, 2022 at 12:30 p.m. at Gash Memorial Chapel with Rev. Jim Wheeler officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Monday from 10:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. prior to the service.

Casket bearers will be Seth Pierce, Joseph Walker, Dylan Walker, John "Buck" Hill, Jr., Stevie Hill, and Scottie Hill. Honorary bearers will be John Thomas and Jamie Hill.
