Ronald Eugene "Bodie" Caldwell

Ronald Eugene "Bodie" Caldwell, 67, husband of 31 years to Tammy Caldwell, of Lawrenceburg, died Monday, November 7, 2022 at his sisters residence.

He was born in Lawrenceburg to the late Mildred Aileen Young and James S. "Wop" Caldwell. He was a member at Alton Christian Church; worked in maintenance for 47 years at Florida Tile; and a member of the Kentucky Cattleman's Association.

Along with his wife he is survived by his son, Jody (Erin) Caldwell; two grandchildren, Ethan and Jadyn Caldwell; sisters, Betty Rhea "Kitty" (Jim) McAllister; Beverly Ann (Bobby) Wooldridge, Glenda Gail "Ginny" Caldwell and Barbara Hall; brothers, Dillard "Dickie" (Regina) Caldwell, James Donald "Shawn" (Candy) Caldwell, Douglas "Dude" (Donna) Caldwell; sister-in-law, Lilly Caldwell; several nieces and nephews; and his mother and father-in-law, Bobby and Peggy Perry, all of Lawrenceburg.

Bodie was preceded in death by his brother, William Newton "Billy" Caldwell; and two sisters, Angela Marie Caldwell Carr and Wanda Sue "Pootie" Caldwell.

Funeral services will be Thursday, November 10, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. with Bro. Noal Cotton, Jr. officiating. Burial will follow in Lawrenceburg Cemetery. Visitation will be 5-8 p.m. Wednesday.

Casket bearers will be John Thomas, Xander Mahl, Raymond Blackwell, Ray Perry, Jason Caldwell, and Phillip Caldwell. Honorary bearers will be Ray Caldwell, David Mahl, and his siblings.
