Robert Randle Watts, age 84, widower of Lavena Robinson Watts, died Thursday, December 3, 2015 at Crestview Center in Shelbyville.

He was born in Anderson County to the late Farris Randle and Lorena Devine Watts. He was an Army Veteran that served during the Korean War; deacon at Pigeon Forge Baptist Church; and a member of the Solomon #5 Masonic Lodge in Shelbyville.

Mr. Watts is survived by one daughter, Donna (Kevin) Henshaw; one son, Randy (Janie) Watts, both of Shelbyville; one sister, Vernell Gibbs, Florida; three granddaughters, Mallory (Craig) Potter, Maryland, Caroline Watts, California, Blair Nethery Shelbyville; and a niece, Judy (Jobie) Miller, Florida.

He was preceded in death by his step-son, Jerry Poulter.

Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Monday, December 7, 2015 at Gash Memorial Chapel with Rev. Jesse Baxter officiating. Burial will follow in Lawrenceburg Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3-7 p.m. Sunday.
