Rita Ann Penny

Rita Ann Penny, 63, of Lawrenceburg, died Thursday, March 8, 2018 at UK Medical Center.

She was born in Anderson County to Mayme L. Penny, of Lawrenceburg. She was a member at St. Paul United Methodist Church in Paris, KY and worked as a secretary for Sekri for many years.

Along with her mother she is survived by three children, Duane (Sallie) Jones, of Calvin, Kenneth Jones, Jr. of Bowling Green, and Nichelle Jones, Paris; four siblings, Kim Gray, Joey Penny, Susan  Penny, and Stephanie Penny, all of Lawrenceburg; and 9 grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life will be Saturday, March 17, 2018 at 12:00 p.m. at Evergreen Baptist Church with Bro. Will Howard and Duane Jones officiating. A meal in her honor will follow at Harvey Hall.   Gash Memorial Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
