Rickie Walter Redmon

Rickie Walter Redmon, 43, husband of 20 years to Melissa Ann Searcy Redmon, of Frankfort, passed away Saturday, July 24, 2021 at Frankfort Regional Medical Center.

He was born in Lexington, KY to Robert Lee Redmon, of Frankfort and the late Linda Faye Smith Redmon.

Along with his wife and father he is survived by two children, Chelsey Nicole Redmon and Elijah Wyatt Redmon, both of Frankfort; sister, Suzanne Redmon Keith, Frankfort; 3 brothers, Robert Redmon, Owenton, Michael (Sherrie) Redmon and Kenny (Beverly) Redmon, both of Frankfort; mother-in-law, Mary Searcy, Frankfort; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Rickie was preceded in death by his sister, Linda Carol Morris and nephew, Gabriel Scott Redmon.

Funeral service will be 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 28, 2021 at Gash Memorial Chapel with Pastor Debbie Peach officiating. Cremation will follow after the service. Visitation will be on Tuesday from 4-7 p.m. and Wednesday prior to the service.
