Ray Lee Smith

Ray Lee Smith, 64, of Lawrenceburg, died Friday, April 15, 2016 at his residence.

He was born in Mangum, OK to the late Gordon and Mary Francis Martin Smith. He was employed at Champions Coolers as a machinist; formerly attended Assembly of God in Granite, OK; and was very passionate about karate.

He is survived by his fiancé, Cheryl Bailey, Lawrenceburg; daughter, Maggi (Matt) White; son, Jeremy (Misty) Smith, both of Wichita, KS; three brothers, Danny (Brenda) Smith, Tommy (Marcia) Smith, both of Kingston, OK, Terry (Dailey) Smith, Durant, OK; two sisters, Betty (Bill) Burnam, Dennison, TX, Kim (Shaun) Noah, Tulsa, OK; nine grandchildren, two great-grandchildren; and special friend, Bethany Helton.

Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Monday, April 18, 2016 at Gash Memorial Chapel. Burial will follow in Newcastle Cemetery. Visitation 9-11 a.m. Monday before the services.
