Ray Terrell Best

Ray Terrell Best, 66, of Lawrenceburg, died Friday, August 10, 2018 at Baptist Health in Lexington.

He was born in Anderson County to the late Winfrey Ray Best and Virginia Wells Best Mountjoy. He was a member at First Baptist Church; Lawrenceburg Lion's Club; University of Kentucky 101 Club; and was the owner of Katz Sportswear.

Mr. Best is survived by his two sons, Travis Ray (Erin) Best, Nashville and Ty Hardin Best, of FL; former wife, Tanya Hardin Best; sister, Becky White, both of Lawrenceburg; and one grandson, Dylan Best, Nashville.

A memorial service will be held 4:00 p.m. Sunday, August 12, 2018 at First Baptist Church with Dr. Robert F. Ehr officiating. Visitation will be from 2-4 p.m. prior to the service.
