Peggy Frances (Martin) Robinson Hawkins, age 91, of Lawrenceburg, widow of Floyd Robinson and William H. Hawkins, died Wednesday, November 27, 2019 at Countryside Meadows in LaGrange.

Mrs. Hawkins was born in Jefferson County to the late Homer Campbell and Gypsy Franklin Martin.  She was a member of Pigeon Fork Baptist Church; formerly attended Kavanaugh High School; and retired after 27 years from the Department of Transportation where she worked as an administrative clerk.

Peggy is survived by her step-son, Roger Hawkins, of Louisville; two step-grandchildren, Lesley (David) Morris and Lisa Hunter; brother, Gary R. (Linda) Martin, of Frankfort; along with several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by a son, Benji Robinson and three brothers, William H. Martin, Robert A. Martin, and Donald R. Martin.

Funeral service will be 1:00 p.m. Monday, December 2, 2019 at Gash Memorial Chapel with Bro. Vernon Carpenter officiating. Visitation 11-1 p.m. Monday prior to the service.
