Mitchell Lee Cunningham
March 25, 1947 — August 15, 2016
Mitchell Lee Cunningham, 69, of Lawrenceburg, died Monday, August 15, 2016 at the Golden Living Center.
He was born in Anderson County to the late Wyatt and Sarah VanDyke Cunningham. He was a member of Second Christian Church; manager of Lawrenceburg Fair and Horse Show for over 50 years; and worked for Birdwhistell and Perry Reality Co. for over 20 years as a custodian.
Mr. Cunningham is survived by one brother, Walter Cunningham, of Lawrenceburg; one sister, Clara Cunningham, of Lawrenceburg; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by four sisters, Martha Brown, Estelle Marshall, Mandy, and Amelia Cunningham; and one brother, Wyatt Cunningham.
Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Sunday, August 21, 2016 at Gash Memorial Chapel with Bro. F.D. Robinson officiating. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Hills Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday from 12-2 p.m. prior to the service.
