Michael Edward Greene

Michael Edward Greene, 53, husband to Paula Lee Hunter Greene, of Salvisa, died Wednesday, January 26, 2022 at his residence.

Mr. Greene was born in Dayton, Ohio to Kenneth Wayne (Linda) Greene, Eddyville, Kentucky, and the late Linda Irene Gibson Greene.  He was a member of the Family Worship Center and self-employed.

Along with his wife and father he is survived by two sons, Michael Coty Greene and Clayton Lee Greene, both of Salvisa; two stepchildren, Madison Paige Glisson, Lexington, and Shelby O'Neal (Destyni) Glisson, Lawrenceburg; grandchildren, Sawyer O'Neal Glisson and Tatum Lee Glisson, both of Lawrenceburg, and Gerardo Hunter Pena, Lexington; brother, Steven Wayne Greene, Versailles; sisters, Lisa Renee Piatt, Lexington, and Michelle Lynn "Shelly" (Don) Turner, Paris; four nephews, Justin and Austin Greene, Lawrenceburg; Dan Willard and Dalton Turner; three nieces, Destin Turner and Tevis Isaac, all of Paris, Felisha Hunter, Lawrenceburg; and several great nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 3, 2022 at Gash Memorial Chapel with Pastor Tony Andrade officiating.  Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. prior to the service.

Honorary bearers will be his grandchildren, Sawyer, Tatum, and Gerardo.
