Marjorie Boggs Stratton, 85, of Lawrenceburg, died Tuesday, January 23, 2018 at Heritage Hall Healthcare Center.

She was born in Harlan County to the late John Boggs, Sr. and Rebecca Baker Boggs. She was a member at First Baptist Church; Hamilton Chapter of the Order of the Eastern Star #293; and retired owner of Marjorie's Flowers.

Ms. Stratton is survived by four children, Kathy McNaughton, Mark Stratton, Kimberly (Steve) Drummond, all of Lawrenceburg, and Pamela Beasley, of Washington; two brothers, Charles Randall (Debbie) Boggs, Louisville and Millard Boggs, Bardstown; three sisters, Muriel Hoskins, Barbourville, Dorothy Weaver, Louisville, and Brenda (Danny) Branch, of Alabama; 10 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.

Along with her parents she was preceded in death by a son, Bernard Stratton; daughter, Rebecca Noles; sisters, Ella Ruth and Betty Carl; and brothers, John, Franklin, and Burton Boggs.

Funeral services will be Saturday, January 27, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Gash Memorial Chapel with Pastor Randall Boggs and Pastor David Boggs officiating. Burial will follow in Best Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. on Friday.

Casket bearers will be Anthony Stratton, Jason Ashburn, Joseph McNaughton III, Luke Drummond, Thomas McNaughton, Austin Stratton, and Kevin McNaughton. Honorary bearers will be Justin Ashburn, Marie Fields Ashburn, and Kelly Drummond Fannin.
