Louise Robinson Bowman, age 97, of Salvisa, widow of John Calvin Bowman, died Saturday, August 15, 2015 at her residence.

She was the daughter of the late Willie Robinson and Emma Currens Robinson.  She was a member of Clay Lick Methodist Church, and retired from Mercer County School System as a cafeteria worker.  She also worked at the Family Affair Restaurant.

She is survived by a brother, Elsby (Rosetta) Robinson, Salvisa; sister, Jo Floyd, Arlington, TX; grandchildren, Debbie (James) Thompson, Salvisa, and William "Buddy" Esco Bowman Jr., Lawrenceburg; great granddaughter, Leslie (David) Elliott, Danville, and great-great grandchild, Hayden Carter Elliott, Danville.

Funeral service 9:30 A.M. Tuesday, August 18, 2015 at Gash Memorial Chapel with Bro. Danny Broce officiating.  Burial will follow in the Lawrenceburg Cemetery.  Visitation will be 4:00 - 7:00 P.M. Monday.  Memorial contributions may be made to the Claylick United Methodist Church, 225 Claylick Church Road, Salvisa, KY 40372.

Casketbearers will be Billy Robinson, John Robinson, Garnett Lynn Robinson, Stanley Briscoe, J.D. Chilton and Mike Cox.
