Lea Ann (Curry) Jackson

Lea Ann Jackson, 68, of Salvisa, passed away Thursday, September 12, 2024 at the home of her daughter, Melissa.

She was born November 12, 1955 in Versailles Kentucky to the late Charles Curry and Barbara Disponette Hippe. She worked as a dispatcher for Lawrenceburg Police Department for 15 years.

Lea Ann is survived by her three children, Melissa Newton Brown, of Lawrenceburg; Brian Wooldridge, of Lawrenceburg, and Lannas Tedrow II, of Louisville, KY; six grandchildren, Spencer and Carson Wooldridge, Kristen and Bryson Shuttleworth, Elsie Fint, and Barrett Tedrow.

Along with her parents Lea Ann was preceded in death by her husband Billy Jackson, and her brothers Mike Curry and Denton Hippe.

A celebration of her life will be Sunday, September 22, 2024 from 1:00p.m. to 5:00p.m. at the Woodford.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or Hospice of the Bluegrass.
