Lavenia (Drury) Peach

Lavenia Drury Peach, age 88, of Lawrenceburg, died Tuesday, January 30, 2018 at her residence.

Mrs. Peach was born in Anderson County to the late Denny Russell and Sara Stattie Cole Drury.  She was a homemaker and a member of Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church.

Lavenia is survived by her husband of 73 years, Onis Peach; two sons, Jackie (Joy) Peach and Carl (Sandra) Peach; two daughters, Karen (Ron) Hudnall and Beverly Royalty, all of Lawrenceburg; 8 grandchildren, Greg (Gwen) Peach, Blaine Peach, Bryon Peach, Carla (Hunter) Mueller, Melanie (Travis) Logue, Jonathan (Ann) Hudnall, Jennifer (Travis) Mason, and Amy (Timmy) Earlywine; 18 great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; brother, Ralph (Kathy) Drury; brother-in-law, Albert Peach; and sister-in-law, Betty Sue Preston.

She was preceded in death by three brothers, Ambrose, Paul, and Bill Drury; three sisters, Ophia Dearinger, Helen Mays, and Jesse Norris Goodlett.

Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Friday, February 2, 2018 at Gash Memorial Chapel with Bro. Bobby Chesser and Dr. Robert F. Ehr officiating.  Burial will follow in the Lawrenceburg Cemetery.  Visitation 4-8 p.m. Thursday.

Pallbearers will be Greg, Blaine, and Bryon Peach, Jonathan Hudnall, Austin Earlywine, and Stevie Goodlett.
