Laurine (Camic) Cubert

Laurine Camic Cubert, age 94, of Lawrenceburg, widow of Enoch Guthrie Cubert, died Monday, August 31, 2015 at Frankfort Regional Medical Center.

She was born to the late James Nathan and Mathie Robinson Camic.  She was a member of First Baptist Church and a homemaker.

Mrs. Cubert is survived by daughter, Linda (Larry) Hawkins and son, Bobbie (Ruth) Cubert, both of Lawrenceburg; 6 grandchildren, Nadene Cubert, Renasha Sutton, Jeremy Hawkins, David (Julie) Cubert  Tammy Cubert, and Teresa Jones; 11 great-grandchildren, Lance Sutton, Tyler Hawkins, Ethan Hawkins, McKayla Cooper, Cameron Cubert, Jarrod Cubert, Morgan Cubert, Madison Cooper, Philip Jones, Steven Jones, and Carleigh Jones.

She was preceded in death by her twin sister, Corine Cubert and two brothers, James Warren Camic and Rufus Camic.

Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, September 3, 2015 at Gash Memorial Chapel with Dr. Robert F. Ehr and Drew Causey officiating.  Burial will follow in the Lawrenceburg Cemetery.  Visitation 5-8 p.m. Wednesday.

Casketbearers will be Lance Sutton, Jeremy Hawkins, Tyler Hawkins, Ethan Hawkins, Jerry Cubert and David Cubert.  Honorary bearers will be Thomas Chapman, Dave Disponett, John Henry Disponett, Allen Sparrow and Darrell Gabhart.
