Kenneth Ray Phillips
June 16, 1927 — February 18, 2016
Kenneth Ray Phillips, age 88, of Lawrenceburg, died Thursday, February 18, 2016 at the Golden Living Center in Frankfort, KY.
He was born in Jessamine County to the late Roy and Myrtle Kinder Phillips. He was an Army Veteran that served in WWII and worked as a self employed general contractor.
Mr. Phillips is survived by two daughters, Judy (Jerry) Gritton, Lawrenceburg, and Brenda Sullivan, Grayson, KY; four grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great granddaughter.
He was preceded in death by two sisters, Louise Rogers and Minnie Belle Howell; four brothers, Roy J, William "Mush", James "Skinny", and Robert Phillips.
A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, February 22, 2016 at the Lawrenceburg Cemetery with Bro. Noal Cotton, Jr. officiating. Gash Memorial Chapel in charge of arrangements.
