Kathy Sue (Price) Landers

Kathy Price Landers, 65, of Waddy, passed away peacefully at Frankfort Regional Hospital on April 13, 2024 after an extended illness.

She was born March 30, 1959 in Pikeville, KY to the late Russell and Lona Auxier Price. She worked for the Department of Agriculture for a number of years before becoming a stay-at-home mom to her two children.  In later years she worked at Love's Truck Stop where she made many friends.

She is survived by her husband, Steve Landers, her son Charles both of Waddy, daughter Katherine and future son-in-law Michael Blankenship of Frankfort.  She is also survived by one brother, Robert Price, a nephew and numerous cousins.

The family would like to thank all of the nurses and doctors who attended her these last few months.  Particularly the staff of Heritage Hall in Lawrenceburg who provided care above and beyond the call.

A service in her honor will be held at a later date.
