Joyce Hope (Johnson) Bryant

Joyce Hope Johnson Bryant, age 87, of Lawrenceburg, widow of Forrest Bryant, died Sunday, March 27, 2016 at Heritage Hall Healthcare Center.

She was born in Diller, NE to the late Earl and Mary Ellen Spech Johnson.  She was a member of New Liberty Christian Church, and retired from KY Overall Company after 25 years as a Press Operator.

Mrs. Bryant is survived by two daughters, Linda Schureman, Shelbyville and Sharon Doss, Lawrenceburg; sister, Betty June Lawrenz, North Manchester, IN; 4 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by daughter, Darla House; son, Forrest Eugene Bryant; and grandson, Lynnwood Gritton.

Funeral services 11:00 a.m. Thursday, March 31, 2016 at Gash Memorial Chapel with Bro. Kenneth Shouse officiating.  Burial will follow in the Lawrenceburg Cemetery.  Visitation 5-8 p.m. Wednesday.

Casketbearers will be Jimmy Phillips, Jamie Kays, Chris Cummins, Derrick Cummins, Jacob Flagstad, and Andrew Ferguson.
