Jason Dale Stewart

Jason Dale Stewart, 42, of Frankfort, died Wednesday, December 23, 2015 at UK Medical Center.
He was born in Shelbyville to the late Delbert Jewell Stewart and Brenda Sue Chesser Stewart Martin. He was a member of Family Worship Center; employed by Stewart's Concrete and Construction; and also Bobby Hyatt plumbing.
Mr. Stewart is survived by two sons; Shane Richardson, Richmond, Jaxson Layne Stewart, Frankfort; one daughter, Destiny Stewart, Lawrenceburg; three sisters, Michelle (Randy) Hiles, Lexington, Sabrina (John Jones) Stewart, Pleasureville, Tiffany (Brad Humphrey) Martin, Mt. Eden; one brother, Chris (Carmen) Stewart, Lawrenceburg; and one grandchild.
Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Monday, December 28, 2015 at Family Worship Center with Bro. Tony Andrade officiating. Burial will follow in Ebenezer Cemetery. Visitation will be 4-7 p.m. Sunday at Gash Memorial Chapel.
