Irene (Edwards) Cunningham

Irene Edwards Cunningham, 90, of Lawrenceburg, widow of Edward Wilson and Paul Cunningham, died Monday, February 19, 2018 at Heritage Hall.

She was born in Estill County to the late E.P. and Ethel Reid Edwards. She spent her days working as a hairdresser.

She is survived by her sister, Olga Chilton, Lawrenceburg; three brothers, Jennings Edwards, Versailles, Orville Edwards, Lexington, and Leslie E. Edwards, Meridan, ID.

Mrs. Cunningham was preceded in death by her sister, Imogene Edwards; two brothers, R.B. Edwards and Gardner Edwards.

Funeral services will be 3:00 P.M. Wednesday, February 21, 2018 at Gash Memorial Chapel with Bro. George Dye officiating. Burial will follow in Versailles Cemetery.  Visitation will be 1:00 – 3:00 P.M. Wednesday.
