Henry John Saletnik, Jr.

Henry John Saletnik, Jr., age 68, husband for 35 years to Gail Elizabeth Weller Saletnik, of Lawrenceburg, died Tuesday, April 25, 2023 at his residence surrounded by his loving family.

Mr. Saletnik was born in Northampton, Massachusetts to the late Henry John Saletnik, Sr. and Michalena Mykytiuk Saletnik.  He was a 1973 graduate of Easthampton High School and a retired Production Supervisor from International Paper after 29 years of service.

Along with his wife, Henry is survived by 7 daughters, Andrea (Jimmy) Robinson, Lawrenceburg, Amy Kozlowski and Stacy (Josh) Albrecht, both of Louisville, Amy (Shawn Korza) Saletnik, Easthampton, MA, Shannon (Jonathan) Carmichael, Severn, MD, Megan (Ian) LaHiff, Orlando, FL, and Jessica Saletnik, Lawrenceburg; 10 grandchildren, Sabrina (Tyler Diliberto) Nichols, Daniel (Savannah) Vecchione, and Kaytlynn (Brandon) McClure, all of Lawrenceburg, Justin (Lexy Prado) Nichols, Lexington, Wyatt (Brianna) Robinson, Versailles, Layne (Briley Burnett) Robinson, Nicholasville, Remi Preston, Lawrenceburg, Tommi and Peyton Korza, Easthampton, MA, and Aidan LaHiff, Orlando, FL; 8 great-grandchildren; sister, Cathy Krasnow, Manchester, NH; and several nieces and nephews

He was preceded in death by his granddaughter, Kayla Vecchione, and brother, Michael Saletnik.

Direct cremation was chosen.  No services are scheduled at this time. Gash Memorial Chapel has been entrusted with the arrangements.
