Heather Michelle (Barrett) Adkins

Heather Michelle Barrett Adkins, 31, of Lawrenceburg, passed away Wednesday, May 3, 2017 in Mercer County.

Her parents are Lisa Brady Barrett and Bill Barrett of Lawrenceburg.  She was born in Danville and was a 2006 graduate of Anderson County High School; member of First Christian Church and worked for American Greetings.

Along with her parents she is survived by three children Tyler Barrett, Reed Pryor Bennett Garlen and Aubrey Brady Barrett, all of Lawrenceburg; maternal grandmother, Shirley Hensley, of Elizabethtown; Timothy Robinson, brother and Whitney Robinson, sister both of Harrodsburg; Uncle Dennis (Kim) Hensley; and cousin, Derek (Taelor) Hensley, all of Elizabethtown.

She was preceded in death by her grandfather and "champion", Aubrey Hensley.

Funeral services will be 6:00 p.m. Monday, May 8, 2017 at Gash Memorial Chapel with Rev. Micki McHugh and Rev. Crystal McAliley officiating.  Cremation will follow.  Visitation will be from 3-6 prior to the service.
