Garland Jesse Brock, Jr.

Garland Jesse Brock, Jr., 62, husband of 10 years to Lissa Cornish Brock, of Lawrenceburg, died Monday, February 24, 2020 at his residence.

He was born in Rhode Island to Irene Petrella Brock, of KS and the late Garland Jesse Brock, Sr. Jesse was a member at Victory Chapel; US Navy Veteran that served during the Desert Storm as a Submariner; worked as a Anderson County Deputy Jailer; and retired from YKK where he worked for 21 years.

Along with his wife he is survived by three children, Robert Ellis (Nikki) Brock, Joseph Andrew Brock and James Brock; three step-children, Jeremy (Cassie) Cornish, Whitney (Joe) Coots, and Jordan Cornish, all of Lawrenceburg; sister, Bonnie (Bob) Sawyer, of KS; 5 grandchildren, Alex, Emily, Sophia, Lillian, and Kaiden Brock.

Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, February 27, 2020 at Gash Memorial Chapel with Pastor Dan Maynard officiating. Cremation will follow after the service. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 11-2 p.m. prior to the service.
