Frances (Scott) Gorham
March 2, 1925 — January 21, 2022
Frances C. Gorham, 96, of Lawrenceburg, KY widow of Ben Gorham, died Friday, January 21, 2022 at the Forum at Brookside in Louisville, KY.
She was born in Campbellsville, KY to the late James and Mary Willoughby Scott. She was a graduate of Georgetown College; member at First Christian Church in Lawrenceburg; and spent her days as a teacher and was an avid golfer.
Ms. Gorham is survived by two sons, Sam L. (Barrie) Conner and Jimmy Dan (Rhonda Jo) Conner; grandchildren, Caroline (Buck) Greathouse, Frances Clay (Jason) Sloan, James Daniel Conner and Katelyn (Eric) Bunning; great-grandchildren, Cate Greathouse, Conner Clay Sloan, Garrett Sloan and Alice Bunning.
Along with her husband and parents Frances was preceded in death by a sister, Marion Lee Cammack.
The memorial service will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, February 5, 2022 at First Christian Church with Rev. Jim Wheeler officiating. Visitation 10-11 a.m. prior to the service. Gash Memorial Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
