Forrest E. Mathis Jr., 70, passed away November 13, 2023 in Frankfort, Kentucky. He was born January 9, 1953 to the late Forrest and Clara Mathis in Louisville, Kentucky.
Forrest spent his career as truck driver and loved his main hobby of dumpster diving.
He is survived by two children Chirstopher Kushman and Rebecca Banegas; grandchildren, Josh, Haley, and Tanner.
Cremation was chosen and no services at this time.
Noon and Son Funeral Home is honored to be entrusted with final care.
