Elsby Tilford Robinson, age 94, husband for 67 years to Rosetta Satterly Robinson, of Lawrenceburg, died Sunday, March 25, 2018 at the Frankfort Regional Medical Center.

Mr. Robinson was born in Mercer County to the late Willie and Emma Currens Robinson.  He was a veteran of the U.S. Army during WWII and was an avid farmer.

Along with his wife, he is survived by two daughters, Janet (Cam) Cantrill, Georgetown, and Linda (Mike) Graves, Salvisa; son, Billy Ray (Cecilia) Robinson, Salvisa; 7 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; and sister, Josephine Floyd, Texas.

He was preceded in death by a son, Larry Hardin Robinson; daughter, Bobbie Jean Black; four brothers and sisters.

Funeral service will be 1 p.m. Wednesday, March 28, 2018 at Gash Memorial Chapel with Bro. John Hockersmith officiating.  Burial will follow in the Lawrenceburg Cemetery.  Visitation 5-8 p.m. Tuesday.

Pall bearers will be Clinton Riley, John Robinson, Chris Gammon, Jay Bowman, Brad Embry, and Erik Dandy.  Honorary bearers will be Ralph Phillips III, Mike Cox, Reggie Robinson, Garnett Lynn Robinson, and Danny Webb.
