David Goebel Justice
May 4, 1934 — January 8, 2016
David Goebel Justice, 81, of Frankfort, died Friday, January 8, 2016 at his residence.
Mr. Justice was born in Regina, KY to the late McClellan Justice, Jr. and Stella Bentley Justice. He was a US Army Veteran that served in the Korean War; member of VFW 4075; and worked for Norfolk and Southern Railroad companies.
He is survived by his wife of 38 years Emma Romana Cubert Justice, Frankort; one son, James David (LaGeni) Justice, Elkhorn City; one stepdaughter, Jane (Danny) Perkins, New Albany, IN; four sisters, Laura Yvonne Schmidt, Wanda Fern (Lowell) Keene, both of Shelbyville, Alberta Naomi (David) Kinney, Peru, IN, Judy Belle Justice, Rochester, NY; five grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his brothers, Don McClellan and Guy Eugene Justice.
Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. Monday, January 11, 2016 at Gash Memorial Chapel with Dr. Robert F. Ehr officiating. Burial will follow in Frankfort Cemetery with full military honors. Visitation will be 4-7 p.m. Sunday.
