Cynthia Marie Clifton Watts, 35, of Lawrenceburg, wife of 11 years to Shane Watts, died Tuesday, September 20, 2016 at St. Joseph Hospice Care Center in Lexington.
She was born in Versailles, KY to James Stirling and Linda Alice Tandy Clifton, of Versailles. She was a member at King's Way Assembly of God; 1999 graduate of Woodford County High School; graduate of Midway College where she obtained her Bachelor's degree; received her Master's from Indiana Wesleyan; and worked for the Kentucky State Government in the procurement division.
Along with her husband and parents she is survived by twin boys, Brayden and Tyler Watts, and a 10-month-old son, Caden Watts, all of Lawrenceburg; one brother, Jay (Erin) Clifton, Versailles; maternal grandmother, Edith Tandy, of Versailles; maternal great-grandmother, Stella Wilson, Frankfort; sister-in-law, Layla Camden, Danville; two nieces; and one nephew.
Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, September 23, 2016 at King's Way Assembly of God with Pastor Jeff Johnson officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Crest Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Thursday at Gash Memorial Chapel.
Casketbearers will be Rusty Eagle, Brandin Johnson, Jay Clifton, Adam Curtsinger, Michael Chilton, and Sam Hagan.
