Anna Louise (Rice) Jewell

Anna Louise Rice Jewell, 88, of Lawrenceburg, widow of Haskell Lowell Jewell, Jr., died Tuesday, February 11, 2020 at Heritage Hall Healthcare Center.

She was born in Clarksville, AR to the late Joe and Molly Bean Rice. Anna was a member at Lawrenceburg United Methodist Church; was a Youth Director for the Methodist Youth Fellowship; and spent her days working as a lab technician.

Mrs. Jewell is survived by two children, Julie A. Harris, of Lawrenceburg and Joseph Lynn (Patti) Jewell, Ontario, CA; three sisters, Ruth McKendrick, Batesville, MS, Carolyn Thompson, CA, and Connie (Cliff) Ferguson, Green Briar, AR; two grandchildren, Daniel (Carmen) Jewell, Orange, CA and Timothy (Nicole Duong) Jewell, Ontario, CA; and two great-grandchildren, Sophia and Marcus Jewell.

Along with her parents and husband she was preceded in death by 5 brothers, Everett, Bill, Bob, Jim and Kenneth Rice; and sister, Helen Gordon.

Cremation was chosen and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
